Office interior design and fit out company Morgan Lovell has produced a free online checklist, designed to help make choosing office space easier.
Choosing the Right Office Space contains over 90 essential ‘checks’ to help managers make an informed decision when renting or buying office space.
Aimed at the people tasked with selecting commercial property for their company, the checklist features all aspects of the evaluation process - from deciding on the right location through to negotiating the lease terms.
