Global finance company Citadel Investment Group were expanding. They asked us to design and fit out an additional floor in their multi-tenanted building and refurbish existing offices.

The Morgan Lovell approach

Citadel needed to run business as normal during refurbishment, so we split the work into two phases, allowing them to occupy the space with minimum disruption.

An office transformed

Citadel now boasts a much larger trading floor and new meeting rooms with high tech audio and visual systems. Other developments include a bespoke new reception area, staff gym, tea points and high quality furniture throughout
