New purpose
Kent County Council asked us to transform their former social club facilities into a contact centre.
The Morgan Lovell approach
We started by stripping the space bare and installing partitions to create training rooms, management offices, communication rooms and meeting areas. This provided an open plan environment for 100 contact centre staff, plus breakout areas and lockers. We upgraded air conditioning units with emergency backup support from a generator and uninterrupted power supply system. We also completed extensive ceiling and lighting installation works.
An office transformed
This was the first time the council had taken a design and build approach like this, and they really appreciate how it has helped them to meet their business objectives.
