Next Near East gave us two clear objectives: to create a showcase office in London's West End and provide a space where design teams could work together, something they didn't have room for in their previous offices.

The Morgan Lovell approach

Next Near East is a successful division of high street retailer Next, sourcing garment samples for Next buyers to select for future collections. So, to reflect this business, we developed an industrial and contemporary design theme.

An office transformed

Our concept emphasised the building's existing clean lines and mechanical infrastructure, and we introduced reflective surfaces and finishes to enhance the site's brilliant natural lighting.
