Case Study: Buckles Solicitors

Buckles Solicitors were undergoing a huge cultural change.  They were relocating from three different offices into one large, open plan space.

Unsurprisingly, a few employees were concerned about the move. So we conducted online surveys and held open meetings to find out exactly what they wanted from their new working environment. We worked hard to follow their requests, and we also included homely furnishings in the finished design – little things to make the space welcoming as well as professional.

Now that everyone is in the new building, any doubts the staff had have completely disappeared. What’s more, Buckles' HR team have told us that productivity levels and attendance rates have actually increased since the move.
