Case study: Agusta Westland

Agusta Westland chose us to design and fit out their headquarters in Farnborough because, among other reasons, we were the only company to propose radical changes to their existing space.

We knew that just having one big, open plan office would be boring and uninspiring for staff, so we introduced lots of different areas to break up the environment and provided various solutions for working.

We created a 60 person sales presentation suite with feature ‘smart’ glass that turns from clear to opaque at the flick of a switch. We introduced information pods with comfy seating and state-of-the-art equipment to show videos and presentations, and for time-out and relaxation we designed in various break out spaces.

It was important to make the design fit in with the original architecture of the building, and we managed this without losing the light, airy atmosphere of the original space.
