8:15am - 10:30am
Morgan Lovell, 16 Noel Street, London, W1F 8DA
Technology plays a crucial role in the ‘greening’ of office buildings. With the myriad of products on the market designed to monitor, measure and help reduce energy usage in the office, it’s hard to know which to trial, test and take on.
That’s why we’d like to invite you to our latest interactive event, ‘The Green Intelligent Office’ where you can learn about the latest energy saving issues for the workplace and see many of the latest innovative technologies in action.
Agenda
- Creating a Green Intelligent Office – Most companies employ people who care about the environment. These employees can be instrumental in helping to reduce energy usage and cost; the challenge is making the right information available to the right people. Morgan Lovell’s sustainability manager Sophie Hutchinson will demonstrate some of the latest innovative technology that will engage your employees and enable you to reduce your energy bills by 20-30% within a year of installation.
- Live Client Case Study: Liverpool Victoria (LV=) – To reduce energy and achieve significant cost savings LV= has installed the Workplace Footprint Tracker, a unique energy management solution that uses the internet to collect and display a building’s energy use in kilowatt hours, carbon and cost. Richard Bowden-Smith from their Property and Facilities team will talk about their energy management strategy and present the results that have been achieved with the Workplace Footprint Tracker.
- Tour – Following the seminar, feel free to take a tour of Morgan Lovell’s Noel Street office to see some energy saving innovations in situ.
