A new £100 million regeneration scheme has been given the go-ahead by Hounslow Council.
The project is being undertaken by Carlton Properties at the 4.6-acre Alfa Laval site in Brentford, where a 45,262 sq ft office building is set to be created.
In addition, the project will include new residential and commercial space for the area, with 206 residential units to be delivered, as well as two new hotels.
Carlton Properties managing director John Assael said: "Having secured consent, a strategic and derelict site can be brought back into use and the challenging transformation of this pivotal part of Brentford can get underway."
Alfa Laval specialises in the production of energy-efficient heating solutions. The firm operates around the world and presently has 15 offices in Europe, seven in Asia, four in the US and one in South America.
Almost 50 per cent of its sales are European-based, with the company employing approximately 12,000 members of staff in total.
