Wereldhave, the owner of Ocean House in Didsbury, south Manchester, has invested some £1.5 million on an office refurbishment programme for the building.
Office interior space totalling 36,585 sq ft has been re-commissioned at the property, which is situated at Towers Business Park, Place North West reports.
A number of recent lettings have been completed at the premises with US firm SPX Corporation taking in excess of 24,000 sq ft on a ten-year lease.
"Our recent lettings coups have underlined the continuing attractions of Towers to the relocation market," Wereldhave's managing director Jonathan Speakman Brown told the news provider.
He added that the firm is looking to offer additional floor space at another of its developments in Scotscroft, alongside tenants including JLP and Vodafone.
Elsewhere, Bay Trust Radio in Morecambe Bay recently completed a £70,000 office and studio refit enabling it to deliver some of the most up-to-date radio equipment in the country. The works took six years to complete.
