Forsyth Business Centres has taken over the £1.5 million office refurbishment of a building in Walton on Thames.

Sarah-Jane Shellard, director of Walton Business Group, told the news provider: "The new facility will be a great opportunity for both local businesses looking to expand their operations, as well as for businesses new to the area, to set up in the town centre."
The office interior building is located in the centre of Walton on Thames, providing easy access to local amenities and a direct rail link to London Waterloo.
Elsewhere in the capital, the British Land Company recently announced the sale of 2-3 Triton Square, Regent's Place for a consideration of £115 million.
The building is currently let in its entirety to building and property developer Abbey, with the company holding a lease on the property until 2022.
