A new business centre has been opened by Evans Easyspace in Caerphilly.
Evans Business Centre was officially opened on Friday (June 5th) by local council officials.
The office development offers 23 separate office interior spaces and 25 workshops, facilities which have already proven popular with local businesses in the area - with a third of the site already let.
Development of the centre is believed to have cost Evans up to £4 million.
Tom Stokes, the company's managing director, said: "Evans Easyspace has a proven record of achievement and we are very proud to be meeting the needs of businesses here in Caerphilly, where we know there is a shortage of flexible space."
Elsewhere in Wales, Callaghan Square in Cardiff has been approved for a £160 million office refurbishment.
The structure is to be created in the heart of the city and once completed will offer in excess of 500,000 sq ft of modern office interior space.
