A new £50 million Liverpool office development has been unveiled by the Irish office development company West Bay Capital.
It is to be situated at Pall Mall and will take up to three years to complete; however, when finished it will offer up to 230,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space and provide a potential home for relocating government departments which are moving out of the capital to more regional premises.
West Bay managing director Ashley Moor commented: "We believe that Liverpool can become one of the UK's premier business destinations and this application signifies our belief."
Elsewhere in the city, LDP Business recently reported the completion of the £2 million office refurbishment of 1 Dale Street in the city centre by office development business Bruntwood.
The renovation of the property included the restoration of a number of original features at the premises, including a number of sash windows, vaulted ceilings and iron columns.
