Irish entrepreneur Ashley Moore has put forward plans for a new £8 million office interior development in Liverpool, which will become the largest new office setup in the city for 40 years.
LDP Business has reported that a site in Pall Mall has been earmarked for the new construction, which once completed will offer 228,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space.
Mr Moore told the newspaper: "You could say this demonstrates just what confidence we have in Liverpool. It needs a proposition on this scale to be able to compete at the highest level."
Elsewhere in the city, the paper recently reported that the grade II-listed Port of Liverpool building is to undergo an office refurbishment in the coming months at a cost of more than £10 million.
Once completed, the project will create an additional 20,000 sq ft of office interior space at the site.
