CB Richard Ellis has brokered a deal between Stewart Milne Developments and mechanical services company EnerMech for the latter to take on 19,000 sq ft of office space at its Aberdeen development.
EnerMech has signed a 15-year lease with Stewart Milne and will pay £375,000 per annum for use of the office interior space.
The office park is situated on Howes Road in Bucksburn, Aberdeen.
Malcolm Deans, managing director of Stewart Milne, said: "Whilst the market tailed off in the latter months of 2008 and early 2009 and deals are certainly harder to complete, we remain positive about our ongoing developments in Aberdeen."
Elsewhere in Scotland, civil engineering firm C Spencer recently announced that it has taken out a ten-year lease for 2,400 sq ft of modern office interior space in Building 2 at Buchanan Gate Business Park in Glasgow.
The site offers a total of 100,000 sq ft of office space, with other tenants currently including Thyssen Krupp Elevators and BAM Construction.
