Aberdeen Asset Management has exchanged contracts on modern office design space in the City of London.
The company has secured a letting at Bow Bells House, a property which was previously let to the now defunct Landsbanki Islands group.
Following the collapse of Landsbanki earlier this year, the property's owners - Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Estate Company - have let the 70,000 sq ft modern office design space once more.
Landsbanki had been close to the completion of its office refurbishment project at the building, with Aberdeen now set to reap the benefits of the firm's modern office design endeavours.
Elsewhere in the City, Royal Liver Assurance recently completed the sale of its headquarters at 15 King Street to a private investor for £14.5 million.
The office interior building is presently leased to the Bank of India which is paying £1 million per annum for the property, with the lease due to run until 2020.
