Office design news from Morgan Lovell

The Arts, Culture and Enterprise (ACE) centre in Pendle has opened its doors to businesses looking to relocate to the area following a large-scale office refurbishment programme.
The Lancashire Telegraph reported that the building offers 32 office interior spaces of varying sizes and is situated on Cross Street in the town centre.
ACE has been set up to encourage small businesses to relocate to the area as part of wider reaching regeneration plans for the district.
Brian Cookson, executive director for regeneration in the area, told the newspaper: "The offices all have stunning views and provide a fantastic opportunity for businesses which want to expand."
Elsewhere in the region, CommerzReal has secured funding for the creation of a new office building in Liverpool city centre.
The Mann Island office scheme - once completed - will provide base for the office relocation of the Merseyside Integrated Transport Authority.
