Financial services company Aldermore Invoice Finance has announced plans to move to new premises in Birmingham in 2011.
The company is set to carry out an office relocation to 35 Newhall Street in the city centre, with the lease for 3,622 sq ft of office interior space at the property due to start in February.
Opened in 2005, the firm presently employs 16 members of staff and is in need of larger premises in order to facilitate further growth.
Regional managing director Tony Smedley said: "[The new premises] will support the growth of the business to a 26-strong headcount over the next 12 months, as we begin the next chapter of Aldermore's development."
Meanwhile, commercial agents CB Richard Ellis and GVA Grimley were recently signed up to market Birmingham's iconic office building The Mailbox.
The property's owner plans to dispose of the premises in the New Year and hopes to achieve an asking price of approximately £150 million.
