ANA moves to new London office space

Andrew Nurnberg Associates (ANA) has announced plans to move to new office interior space at 20-23 Greville Street in Farringdon.

The London office relocation for the literary agency will see the company taking on 3,595 sq ft of grade A office space at the premises after signing a lease for the next nine years, Free Office Search reports.

Founded in 1997, ANA counts among its clients internationally-renowned authors of fiction, non-fiction and children's books.

The company is paying £20 per sq ft per annum for the office interior space and also operates offices outside the UK in central and eastern Europe, Russia, China and Taiwan.

Elsewhere in the capital, US investment firm JP Morgan recently announced the purchase of the former headquarters of Lehman Brothers in Canary Wharf.

The company acquired 25 Bank Street for £495 million and it will now become the new London base for the firm.
