Argent unveils plans for The Hive

Manchester-based developer Argent has contracted Dinosaur Creative Agency to market its newest office interior venture in the city's Northern Quarter.

The Hive office development is situated on Stevenson Square and once completed will offer 78,000 sq ft of office interior space.

Refurbishment of the building is set to be finished in January next year, with Dinosaur providing branding and marketing for the office complex - as it has done on a number of other projects with Argent over their partnership of the last five years.

Mark Beaumont, Dinosaur's creative director, commented: "For me, any new development in the city should blend with the history of its surroundings. Our job was to simply mirror The Hive's innovative, yet understated design ethos."

Elsewhere in the city, PHD North, Roger Tym & Partners and Seven Architects have all recently taken up office space at Bruntwood's newest Manchester development at 61 Oxford Street.

Between them, the three companies have rented 6,500 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the site.
