Avanta announces 50% pre-letting in the City

Avanta Managed Offices has pre-let 50 per cent of its new development in the City of London.

The company made the announcement in regard to its new business centre at 9 Devonshire Square. It stated that it has seen a 29 per cent increase in enquiries since the start of the year and therefore this large amount of pre-letting does not come as such a great surprise.

"New serviced office space traditionally takes 12 to 24 months to fill up, so pre-letting half of the new floor prior to opening is a good indication of a positive shift in demand," commented David Alberto, Avanta's managing director.

He added that the property has seen more than 700 enquiries since mid-January.

Avanta is a serviced office provider that specialises in highly-flexible, unbranded office space. It also offers a wide range of meeting rooms and provides access to audio-visual equipment for firms planning to use this space for meetings or seminars.
