Avanta opens show office at Fetter Lane

A new show office has been opened by Avanta at its development in the City of London.

Once complete, the Fetter Lane premises will offer 19,000 sq ft of office interior space. The level of interest shown in the project to date has resulted in the opening of this show office so businesses can get a taster of the premises.

"As a London-focused supplier of managed office space, it's very exciting to be opening a business centre in such a prestigious location," comments David Alberto, Avanta's managing director.

He added that the premises are located next to the Royal Courts of Justice and are close to several leading law firms and banks.

Office refurbishment work at the site began in June and is expected to be completed by October.

Avanta specialises in the provision of office space and was founded in 2004.

At present, the firm operates 18 business centres across the UK, with 14 of these developments located in the capital.
