Avanta reports Manchester office interior demand

Serviced office operator Avanta has revealed that demand for office interior space in Manchester is presently growing.

The firm noted that enquiries for lettings at its north-west developments increased by 65 per cent in June, with businesses across all sectors - including design, IT and recruitment - contacting the company to enquire about availability at its modern office design space.

"Whilst the first half of the year was on a par with the same period last year, the past two months have seen a tremendous increase in demand for flexible workspace," commented Karen Brown, Avanta Manchester's business centre manager.

Meanwhile, insurance underwriter and broker Towergate Risk Services recently reported its office relocation to premises in Manchester have helped the firm build a strong client base in the region.

The company moved to modern office design premises on Portland Street earlier this year and has now signed contracts with numerous clients in the area.
