Avec announces Glasgow office relocation

Avec Corp has announced plans to carry out a large-scale office relocation to premises at the Aircargo Centre at Glasgow International Airport.
The company has signed papers with Ryden - letting agent for the site - to take on a ten-year lease at £50,050 per annum for 10,000 sq ft of modern office interior space at the business centre.
Gregor Harvie, surveyor at Ryden, told Property Executive: "The Aircargo Centre provided AVEC with high-quality, cost-effective space and I'm sure they will trade well from this location, given the ease of access to Glasgow Airport, the M8 and the city centre."
Elsewhere in the country, benefits and investment consultant Hymans Robertson recently announced plans to carry out an office relocation project to new premises in Edinburgh.
The company has plans to take on 13,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space at Exchange Place on the outskirts of the city, with the move hopefully being completed by September.
