The Space Business Centre - at Smeaton Close, Aylesbury - was opened last week.
Local MP David Lidington officially opened the development last Friday (March 26th), which consists of 43 small business units ranging from 367 to 705 sq ft.
Alex Gale, development manager at Space Business Centres, said: "Our aim is to provide flexible commercial property to suit all requirements, from start-ups and growing businesses to those needing to downsize and find more economical business premises."
He added that in the current uncertain economic climate there is a need for easier access to commercial property.
Meanwhile, office industry news source Choregus recently reported that Liscombe Park is planning the creation of a new business centre in its grounds.
More than 300 acres of parkland is to be transformed into modernoffice interior space over the next 12 months and the development has been designed to attract businesses from surrounding areas - such as Luton, Northampton and Milton Keynes.
