Office design news from Morgan Lovell
Published on 16-04-2010
Commercial property consultant Aztec Interiors has moved into new premises in Manchester.
The company has relocated to modern office design space at Bruntwood's Lowry House in the city centre. In the past, Aztec's clients have included biometrics firm Human Recognition Systems, housing association One Vision Housing and bakery ingredients supplier CSM.
Rob Maxwell, managing director at the firm, said: "Despite some tough market conditions, we are confident about the way the market is moving and have invested in our new Manchester office so we are part of a promising future."
He added that the setting up of this new Manchester office is just the first step in the company's ambitious expansion plans. The firm is looking to increase its sphere of influence and, as such, will soon be opening offices outside the north-west.
Aztec currently operates a separate office in Liverpool and specialises in commercial property, residential and construction project fit-outs.
