Accountancy and business advisory firm Baker Tilly has announced plans to open a new office in Hull.
The company has taken out a 15-year lease on the first floor of Hull's Humber Quays office scheme, according to Property Week.
In total, Baker Tilly will now have access to 7,866 sq ft of office interior space which it will use to house its growing staff.
Other companies which already occupy office space at the property include PricewaterhouseCoopers and Barclays Commercial.
Rental costs at the building have been revealed to be £17 per sq ft per month.
Elsewhere in the region, North East Business recently reported that the £6.8 million Tanfield Lea Business Centre, near Stanley, in County Durham, has been completed and is now nearing a position where it can welcome its first tenants.
The complex offers 40,000 sq ft of office interior space spread across 45 suites ranging from 100 to 1,000 sq ft.
