BAM Properties adds CBRE to agents
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

Salford-based BAM Properties has tasked CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) with marketing its office space at the Metro building on Salford Quays.
To date, the office interior space at the premises has failed to attract a single tenant since its opening in May 2008, but the firm is confident that the efforts of CBRE can help to turn this around.
Neil Mort, development manager at BAM Properties, said: "There are signs that the market is picking up and with many occupiers focused on green buildings, we believe Metro will continue to be a strong contender with occupiers."
The six-storey Metro offers sustainable office design features including reduced CO2 emissions and low energy consumption, as well as water saving features and advanced lighting controls.
CBRE presently employs approximately 5,800 members of staff in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions and operates out of 331 offices in 41 countries.
At present, it has around 400 million sq ft of office and corporate facilities under management and offers valuation and advisory services for over 54,200 properties.
