Highcross has sold its 20,000 sq ft Westpoint building on James Street West in Bath city centre to the Charities Property Fund for £6.8 million.
The company has made a seven per cent yield on the modern office design building, after much of the propery has been continuously let over the past few years.
Nick Turner of Highcross commented: "The combination of a very convenient location and a high quality refurbishment programme have been fundamental to the building's success."
In addition, Highcross recently sold a further ten sites across the UK in four separate deals for a combined £8 million.
Elsewhere, Property Week recently reported Lebanese investment firm M1 Real Estate has purchased 300,000 sq ft of office space at Victoria house in Bloomsbury Square in London for £175 million.
The site was constructed in 1929 and is presently approximately 50 per cent let, with the majority of tenants being government-backed organisations.
