Birmingham-based bed specialist Dreams has announced plans to relocate to a new workspace while its headquarters undergoes an office refurbishment project.
The company is to relocate to Woods bank Estate, in Wednesbury, while the work is carried out by estate owners London and Cambridge Properties (LCP), according to the Birmingham Post.
Margaret Hopkins, LCP's marketing director, explained: "We like to be flexible to accommodate businesses who are looking for premises which suit their needs.
"We were able to provide a temporary solution for Dreams while we carry out work to refurbish and extend the unit it will move into."
Dreams' new 51,252 sq ft base at Woods Bank will house the majority of the company's administrative staff until work on the extension and refurbishment of their main office interior is completed in September.
Elsewhere in the country, the Lancashire Telegraph recently reported that the Arts, Culture and Enterprise centre in Pendle has completed its own office refurbishment plans and is now looking to attract small to medium-sized businesses to the area.
