The iconic Mailbox property in Birmingham city centre is to be sold in the coming months.
Presently being marketed by agents GVA Grimley and CB Richard Ellis, the building will hopefully achieve its sales target of £150 million for its present owners Alan Chatham and Mark Billingham.
"As the UK's largest mixed use building, The Mailbox is a significant landmark for Birmingham and has been a catalyst for further regeneration of the area," Mr Chatham commented.
The development was originally placed on the market for £200 million in 2008, but the slowdown in the market led to it being removed and re-listed late last year.
Elsewhere in the region, financial services company Aldermore Invoice Finance recently announced plans to move to the city in the coming months.
Aldermore is set to take on 3,622 sq ft of office interior space at 35 Newhall Street in Birmingham centre next month.
