Office space in a property in Birmingham has been let to the sustainable utilities firm ENER-G, it has been reported.
According to Property Week, Folkes Holdings and Trigram Properties have handed over more than half of the available space at its Studley Point office development in the city to ENER-G Procurement, ENER-G Meeting and Data Solutions and CMR Energy Consultants.
The Redditch-based group of companies will take up 10,175 sq ft of the premises, which has been called a "major coup" for the facility by a representative of Trigram.
Bill Houle, director of the firm, told the news provider: "It is a testament to its accessibility and high quality specification as the only newly refurbished office in the Bromsgrove and Redditch area."
Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire County Council each recently signed contracts with document creation company CDS to open a new office near the enterprises, the Business Desk reported.
