BizSpace signs up Knight Frank for office lettings

Serviced office provider BizSpace has signed up letting agent Knight Frank to market five of its properties in the north-west.

Modern office design space in Liverpool, Speke, Wigan, Rochdale and Haydock has all been placed on the market for new tenants by the company.

Rob Taylor, associate at Knight Frank in Manchester, said: "The fact that the tenants can be in the property and trading within weeks of signing the contract without being tied into any long lease terms is a very appealing offer to small to medium-sized enterprises and start-up companies."

So far, the firm has helped bring in one new tenant, where All Stores Clothing has taken on 8,500 sq ft on a 12-month lease at Moss Mill in Rochdale.

BizSpace currently owns and operates approximately 110 sites across the UK - providing 7.5 million sq ft of office space in total.

The company offers a range of deals for its clients, including access to conventional office space, virtual offices, warehouses and industrial units.
