Property regeneration firm Muse Developments has been given the all clear for its plans for the creation of 330,000 sq ft of new office space in Blackpool.
The £220 million Talbot Gateway project is set to deliver new modern office design space to the city, as well as a 90,000 sq ft superstore, four new hotels and a range of cafes, shops and restaurants as part of the scheme.
Mike Horner, regional director at Muse, said: "The development will completely transform this part of Blackpool, providing a much needed catalyst for the ongoing regeneration of the town centre."
The company is presently involved in office development projects across the UK totalling more than 25 million sq ft and with a value in excess of £4 billion.
Elsewhere in the north-west of England, Muse is presently in the process of working on redevelopments at Ashton Moss in Ashton under Lyne, Chapel Street in Salford, St Paul's Square in Liverpool and Lingley Mere in Warrington.
