Regeneration plans for an area of Bootle in Merseyside are set to include the development of a significant amount of new office interior space, it has been revealed.
The £2 million scheme is expected to be complete by late summer this year and will deliver new apartments, retail space and offices.
Funded by Sefton Council, Cosmopolitan Housing Association and the Homes and Communities Agency, the project forms part of wider plans to help make the area more attractive to both businesses and residents.
Martin Hodgson, head of property at the developer behind the scheme, said: "The first phase of the regeneration of the Stanley Road area will help to improve the area as a gateway into Bootle."
Elsewhere, Free Office Search recently reported that Spark Impact is set to open a new north-west office at Liverpool Science Park.
The company will take on office interior space at the development's Innovation Centre 1, with the firm hoping to benefit from a £25 million investment in the north-west biomedical sector over the coming months.
