A construction company based in the Midlands has been given the go-ahead to start work on a new office development in the area.
The Onyx Tempus 10 project is to allow Abacus and Oakham to regenerate the 3.52-acre site to an 'excellent' BREEAM rating, which will be the first of its type in Walsall and will include three new office buildings.
According to the Birmingham Post, the standard will help make sure that the construction will provide environmentally-friendly developments in the region.
Another project, called Opal Tempus 10, will also offer 102,258 square feet of B2 and B8 space for sale and let in the form of a new business park in the West Midlands.
New Builder recently reported that a building designed by architects Austin-Smith:Lord and situated in Llandudno has achieved a BREEAM excellent rating and is now one of the greenest public structures in Wales.
