Eight office buildings at Birmingham's Brindleyplace have been sold, it has been revealed.
The premises are currently home to more than 8,500 workers in central Birmingham at 2 Brunswick Street and have been purchased for a fee close to £200 million.
Marking one of the largest office acquisition deals of recent months, the transfer of ownership is set to be concluded within the next few days.
The present owners, Brindleyplace Limited Partnership, will continue to own a proportion of the site, with recent new arrivals including Colliers CRE, IoD and Friends LLP.
Brindleyplace offers a host of amenities, including office space, restaurants, entertainment facilities, bars and hotels, all aimed at providing the best level of service for businesses and tenants onsite.
Furthermore, one of the longest-serving restaurants at the site Thai Edge recently held its tenth anniversary celebrations at the start of the month.
