Ten Victoria Street in Bristol is to open its door to new tenants in the near future.

Operated by Orega, the premises are owned by developer Deeley Freed Estates but have been let on a ten-year lease to the serviced office provider.

The company has taken on 27,000 sq ft of office interior space at the site and plans to have its new operation up and running by November this year.

Paul Finch, joint managing director of Orega, commented: "Bristol has a stable regional office market which provides us with the same rationale for a new business centre as Birmingham and Manchester, where we opened last year."

He added that Bristol offers "a lot of merits" to prospective businesses and is a sound base for regional services.

Orega presently operates premises in Birmingham, Chertsey, Manchester, Gatwick, Slough, Staines and Wandsworth.

The firm was founded in 2000 and achieved the BCA Business Centre of the Year award for its Ash House premises in Staines in 2001.
