New tenants could be set to move into office interior space in Bristol city centre after a global real estate firm brought in new agents to market Broad Quay House.
Situated on the waterfront, the property offers 42,000 sq ft of available office interior space and has welcomed agent DTZ in recent weeks to help boost the uptake of space at the premises.
Philip Morton, head of office agency at DTZ in Bristol, commented: "This is an excellent opportunity to secure space in one of the city's landmark office buildings. With office suites ranging from between 2,380 sq ft to 42,487 sq ft, Broad Quay House offers something for small businesses as well as larger occupiers."
Elsewhere, corporate recovery, insolvency and restructuring specialists Leonard Curtis recently opened a new office in the city at Queen Square.
The company now plans to relocate 100 members of staff to the new facility in the coming months.
