Brook House letting for Global Graduates

Global Graduates has moved into new office space at Brook House in Manchester.

Place North West reports the higher education company has taken 7,300 sq ft of office interior space at the premises, which are situated on Fountain Street.

Rents at the building currently stand at £11 per sq ft, the publication states.

It is owned by MCR Property Group and was purchased by the firm in 2007 for £7.4 million.

Josh Levy of WHR Property Consultants, joint letting agent on the building, told the news provider: "We have now successfully let 81 per cent of the building. Brook House can still accommodate companies from five up to 45 staff."

Meanwhile, a new report by Cushman & Wakefield recently showed Manchester has moved up in the European City Monitor rankings to 12th, ahead of Birmingham, and has become the most popular city in which to do business in the UK outside of London.
