Private bank Brown Shipley has announced it is to move into new office space at Allied London's Spinningfields site in Manchester.
The firm is to take on 14,500 sq ft of modern office design space at 3 Hardman Street and will complete the move in September.
At present, the company employs approximately 80 members of staff and is currently based at premises on King Street - having had a presence in Manchester for the last 150 years, despite its headquarters being situated in London.
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: "We are delighted that Brown Shipley is moving to Spinningfields, they are an important organisation and fit directly with the type of customer that we developed 3 Hardman Street for."
In addition, the bank has announced plans to open similar offices in Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
Brown Shipley provides bespoke wealth handling services and specialises in investment management, pensions, personal banking, financial planning, fund management and offers guidance to sports professionals.
