Office management firm Bruntwood has announced a number of new lettings at its Leeds development.
Approximately 8,300 sq ft of office interior space has been let at 14 King Street, Leeds city centre, with Gatenby Sanderson and Charles Stanley & Co taking 6,500 and 1,800 sq ft respectively.
The facility has recently undergone a £2.3 million office refurbishment programme and, as such, is attracting attention from a number of businesses keen to take up residence.
Craig Burrow, Bruntwood's head of sales and development for the offices in Leeds, said: "The building's already proving popular and with high-specification, air conditioned and open plan office space for up to 6,700 sq ft available on flexible and competitive terms, we're expecting the interest to remain strong."
Meanwhile, Property Executive recently reported that Town Centre Securities has started work on the refurbishment of Leeds' Merrion Centre.
The Town Centre House development has been given a provisional BREEAM rating of Excellent and, once completed, the site will offer 33,523 sq ft of office interior space.
