Bruntwood completes Bootle development

Commercial property developer Bruntwood has completed its newest office interior complex in Bootle.

LDP Business has reported that the company has finished work on the St Hugh's office building, which now offers 48,000 sq ft of office interior space spread over six floors.

The building is located on Stanley Road in Bootle town centre.

It cost £3.6 million to undertake the refurbishment of the property and completion of the project brings the company's overall office interior offering in Liverpool up to 900,000 sq ft.

Colin Forshaw, Bruntwood's head of sales in Liverpool, told the newspaper: "The building has been designed to cater for businesses with between one and 500 people, so will accommodate a variety of office requirements."

Elsewhere in the region, rescue and recovery specialists the Mansfield Group has announced that it plans to relocate its main offices to Liverpool.

The company is to take up residence at Vesty Business Park, where it has secured 15,500 sq ft of grade A office interior space.
