The Catholic Overseas Development Agency (CAFOD) has carried out a sustainable office refurbishment at its headquarters in Westminster.

The premises offer 30,000 sq ft of office space and is situated next to St George's Cathedral.

Purpose built for CAFOD, the property includes prayer rooms, rooftop terrace, library and exhibition areas.

Elsewhere, the news provider also recently reported Carlton Yard in Farnham has been awarded a preliminary BREEAM rating of Excellent.

Kurt Little of Capital Holdings commented: "Environmental responsibility is increasingly important to businesses of all sizes and Carlton Yard presented us with an opportunity to build a high-quality scheme ... that would enable occupiers to reduce their carbon footprint."
