Construction recruitment firm Caval has carried out an office relocation to new premises in Leeds city centre.

The firm has moved into premises at Coverdale House on Park Cross Street and has taken on 1,330 sq ft of office interior space.

Now fully let, the property fronts on to East Parade but has a side access via Park Cross Street. Caval specialises in the supply of temporary and permanent personnel to the construction, mechanical and electrical industries.

The company was previously located at The Headrow in Leeds, but felt its former premises no longer offered adequate space for growth.

Elsewhere in the city, Property Week recently reported that KPMG is presently considering the construction of a new headquarters in Leeds.

The firm presently employs 750 members of staff at its base in Leeds, but is looking to improve their working environment through a new office construction project in the near future.
