CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has purchased 15-17 Broadwick Street in London's West End for £31.7 million.
The property is presently let to Ford Motor Company, which occupies 32,431 sq ft of modern office design space at the site and provides an annual yield of 5.35 per cent for the building's owner.
Facilities at the premises include a ground floor restaurant for staff, as well as providing an open plan business area to allow companies to make full use of the space available.
CBRE presently employs more than 29,000 members of staff at over 300 offices in 50 countries around the world. It presently owns assets under management to the value of $12.7 billion (£8.28 billion) and provides valuation and advisory services for over 54,200 properties.
The firm takes its environmental commitments seriously and, as such, it has committed to becoming totally carbon neutral by the end of 2010. Furthermore, it has pledged to deliver procurement standards that incorporate environmental best practice at all of its sites.
