Building consultants group CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has opened its newest office in Sheffield.
The organisation officially opened its Sheffield branch following the acquisition of industrial agency specialist M3 earlier this year. Roger Haworth and Toby Vernon are now in charge of the new venture for the firm.
CBRE's Sheffield premises will work on office interior instructions covering the whole of Yorkshire, the north Midlands and the north-east.
According to senior director at CBRE Sheffield Roger Haworth: "The lack of new space coming to the market will increase competition for existing stock resulting in improved rental values and the eventual return of new development within the region."
He added that enquiry levels are looking good for larger stock and this bodes well for the future.
CBRE prides itself on helping its clients make informed business decisions. The organisation operates globally and has offices throughout the US, UK, Europe and overseas.
