Serviced office interior provider Orega has signed a deal with UK energy supplier Centrica to rent out office space to the company at its development in Staines.
Ash House is to become the new home for 100 Centrica employees after the firm signed a long-term lease for the modern office design space.
This deal is the largest single letting in Orega's history.
The firm has now appointed Alex Peers to oversee Orega's expansion into the London office interior market.
Elsewhere in London, the European Commission (EC) is set to move into new modern office design space at Europe House in Westminster following a £5 million office refurbishment project at the premises.
The building contains 3,200 sq ft of office interiors and will house 70 EC workers.
In addition, the office refurbishment has seen the building fitted with a number of sustainable office design features, including sustainable heating, ventilation and air-conditioning cooling.
