An unnamed education charity is set to move into new office interior space at the Broers Building in Cambridge.
Owned and run by joint venture Nafield Properties, the charity is set to become the fourth tenant at the property and will take on 5,878 sq ft of grade A office space as part of the deal, Free Office Search reports.
Chris Goldsmith of Nafield Properties said: "To attract a tenant such as this shows the huge draw of the Broers Building as a prestigious site and further strengthens our list of clients who have now taken space in the building."
Meanwhile, the news provider recently reported that cleaning products producer Jeyes has unveiled plans to move its new international headquarters to a property in Cambridge.
The company is set to relocate around 80 personnel to office interior space at Cambridge Business Park in March next year from its former HQ in Norfolk.
