CLB Coopers has moved to Ship Canal House on King Street in Manchester.
The accountancy firm has signed a ten-year lease for 6,665 sq ft of office space at the property and has taken charge of the entire fifth floor of the building.
The firm presently employs 110 members of staff and has moved from its former premises at Century House in St Peter's Square.
"Ship Canal House is a stunning building and will provide an excellent working environment for our staff," commented David Travis, managing partner of CLB Coopers.
He added that he hopes the new premises will add to the success of the business in the future.
Meanwhile, 50:50 joint partners Centric Property Group and Barnfield Construction have proposed a new business park be constructed in nearby Rochdale.
The project aims to deliver up to 90,000 sq ft of new office space and is to receive funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
