Law firm Clyde & Co has completed a pre-letting agreement for 145,000 sq ft of office space in London.
The company is to occupy modern office design space on the tenth to 13th floors at Minerva's St Botolphs scheme in the City.
A 20-year lease has been agreed on between Clye & Co and Minerva, with the initial three-year period being rent-free, followed by an annual rent of £48 per sq ft.
Salmaan Hasan, chief executive of Minerva, who is fighting a takeover bid from his major shareholder Nathan Kirsh, said: "This is another significant milestone for Minerva and I am delighted that Clyde & Co has chosen St Botolphs for its London headquarters."
Elsewhere in the capital, Terrace Hill recently sold 6 Kean Street in Covent Garden for £16 million to an unnamed buyer.
At present, companies which are renting office accommodation at the property include Virgin Green Fund and the Barrow Cadbury Trust.
